Web testing
The busiest type in the queue and the first one open to you at level 1. Your own machine and a browser are enough — no extra hardware to buy.
What you run
The cases fall into four groups. The job says which of them are in.
Browser matrix
The same flow in Chrome, Safari and Firefox. Which browser it broke in is separate information for the client, so each one is recorded separately.
Forms and validation
Empty fields, bad formats, over-long input, paste. An error appearing is not enough; what it says is part of the case.
Checkout and basket
Coupons, refunds, abandoned payments, the back button. You work with test cards; no job ever asks for a real one.
Accessibility
The whole flow by keyboard, visible focus, screen-reader labels. These cases are flagged separately on the job.
What you need
No separate hardware. Whatever browser and operating system the job asks for has to be on your profile; the agent records the versions itself.
- A desktop browser — current Chrome, Safari or Firefox
- A real phone for the optional mobile-browser cases
- Something that records the screen — the agent has one built in
- A stable connection; a drop mid-checkout invalidates the case
Fee and time
Illustrative figures; the amount on the job is the binding one.
| Cases | Typical time | Typical fee |
|---|---|---|
| 10–14 | 1.5–2 hours | ₺600–780 |
| 15–19 | 2–3 hours | ₺780–980 |
| 20–25 | 3–4 hours | ₺980–1,200 |
