Scope
This policy covers personal data processed through the BountyShift website, panel and test agent. BountyShift is the data controller.
What we collect
From testers: name, contact details, declared experience, registered device and environment profiles, run records, submitted evidence files and the account details needed to pay you. From clients: contact name, contact details, and the builds and cases they send.
What the agent collects
The agent records only the environment information and the case timestamps for the run in progress. It does not scan your machine, and it uploads only the files you attach yourself.
Why we collect it
To match work, keep run records, judge disputes, run payments and meet statutory retention obligations.
Retention
Run records and evidence files are kept for twenty-four months from the acceptance of the job they belong to. Payment records are kept for the period the applicable legislation requires.
Sharing
Evidence files and the run record are shared only with the company that owns the job. Beyond that, data is shared only with our payment and hosting providers, and only as far as running the service requires.
Your rights
You may access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your data. Send your request to our contact address.
